Finding themselves living on the same floor at their Dunedin University halls of residence, it didn't take long for Nick and Kate to get together. Many years later, choosing the bride's family home as the wedding venue was an obvious choice for the pair, as it was full of happy memories for them both.

The theme of the wedding easily evolved into a beautiful vintage look-and-feel, which reflected the traditional home and its gardens. The vintage cutlery was courtesy of Kate's Auntie's huge collection and fresh flowers also helped to pull the look together. With some pearls as her 'something old' sewn into the bride's stunning lace Rue De Seine dress, Kate was set.

Although a clear day ended in an evening of extreme rain which flooded the marquee, the couple didn't let this dampen the mood and admitted that this became a particular highlight of the night, with everyone ending up taking their shoes off and dancing in the puddles into the wee hours!

Testimonial:
Nick and I got married on a beautiful February day in Auckland. We were recommended Mildred&Co by a close friend, and we couldn't have been happier! We were able to choose gifts we both loved, as well as creating a fund for our honeymoon. It was so easy and stress free, and the team were so lovely to deal with. We would highly recommend any couple getting married to choose Mildred&Co for their gift registry.
