ACCOUNT MANAGER ROLE
Mildred&Co is New Zealand’s one-stop-shop online wedding gift registry and gift store, located in central Auckland. As we approach the busy wedding season, we are looking for an energetic Account Manager to join our small dynamic team at Mildred&Co.
As the Account Manager you'll be super organized, have incredible attention to detail and love being in charge of a team. You’ll be a friendly, happy-go-lucky person but also one that is self-motivated with strong leadership skills.
You will be involved with the planning, coordination and control of the inner workings of the business, ensuring that deadlines are met smoothly, gifts go out the door on time and most importantly that our customers are kept smiling.
You will also be in charge of maintaining relationships and placing all online orders with our suppliers. This will also involve maintaining our stock management system.
This job is a busy but exciting role for a hungry go-getter.
Duties:
- Second-in-charge to the Director
- Staff management and rosters
- Planning and organising production processes and schedules
- Implementing and overseeing production schedules
- Review & adjust the production processes where needed
- Liaising with suppliers and maintain relationships
- Ordering and buying goods
- Supervising the work of junior staff
- Stocktake management
- Managing online content where required
- Customer service
- Office admin
